Tiring Tuesday 

Pilates and Volleyball, not a good combination. I had my weekly class of Pilates from 7-8 and I followed that with one and half hour of volleyball in the NCRB gym. Till my body was warm, it was good fun diving to get the ball back, but back home cooling down I started getting sore. Bed time and I tried to get up, my abs dint respond, they were very sore and hurting a little. So, a little rest and need to go a little easy on the volleyball after the Pilates.
